Cruise transfers for travellers with reduced mobility

Many cruise passengers travel with a walking frame, a folding wheelchair or simply need more time. We plan the transfer around that, and we are honest about what our vehicles can and cannot carry.

What we can do

Folding wheelchairs, walkers and help with bags

Our vehicles carry folding wheelchairs, walking frames and folding mobility aids in the luggage space, together with the suitcases. The driver helps the passenger get in and out and loads the luggage. Tell us about the wheelchair when you book, so we choose a vehicle with room for it and for all the bags.

We do not have vehicles adapted for passengers who must stay seated in their wheelchair during the journey (ramp or lift). If someone in your group needs that, message us before booking and we tell you honestly what is possible.

One fixed price for the whole vehicle, luggage included, shown before you pay.

Questions from the bridge

Can you take a wheelchair?

Will the driver help with the luggage?

Yes. The driver helps passengers in and out of the vehicle and loads the suitcases.

Who arranges assistance inside the terminal?

Your cruise line. Request terminal and boarding assistance through them before you travel.
