The cruise port
Know your terminal before you land
Cruise ships in Barcelona berth at the Adossat Wharf, a long breakwater at the far end of the port. The World Trade Center pier next to the old town has had a single cruise terminal, Barcelona Sud, which is due to close at the end of 2026. Your driver goes straight to the terminal on your booking, so you never have to cross the port on foot with your luggage.

How it works
The right vehicle for your group and your luggage
Groups sailing together often carry more luggage than people expect: two suitcases each, carry-ons, a stroller or a folding wheelchair. In the widget, enter the number of passengers and suitcases and you only see vehicles with room for both, from people carriers to vans with up to 14 seats. The price is for the whole vehicle, so the cost per person goes down as the group grows.
For more than 14 people, or for luggage that does not fit in one vehicle, we send several vehicles to the same arrivals exit, hotel or terminal at the same time. Message us with the group size and we organise it with one contact person.

Special luggage
Strollers, wheelchairs and extra bags
Tell us about anything that is not a standard suitcase when you book: a folding wheelchair, a stroller, a walking frame, golf bags or a large box of gifts for a celebration on board. We check that it fits in the vehicle with everyone’s luggage and, if it does not, we propose a larger vehicle or a second one before the day, not at the kerb.
Passengers with reduced mobility can ask the driver for help getting in and out of the vehicle and with their bags. If someone in your group needs a vehicle that takes a non-folding wheelchair, message us first so we can tell you what is possible.
Different arrival times
When the group lands on different flights
If members of your group arrive on different flights, book one transfer per flight so nobody waits hours at the airport. On sailing day everyone can meet at the hotel and travel to the terminal together.

What is the largest vehicle?
Online, vehicles go up to 14 passengers. For larger groups we send several vehicles at the same time.
Is the price per person?
No, it is per vehicle. The more people share the vehicle, the lower the cost per person.
Can we get one invoice for the whole group?
Yes. Tell us the name or company for the invoice when you book or message us afterwards.
What if our group has a lot of luggage?
Enter the real number of suitcases in the widget: it only shows vehicles that fit them. Luggage above what was booked is an extra agreed with the driver.
Can we cancel part of the group?
Changes are free with 24 hours’ notice. Send them by email or WhatsApp with your booking number.
