The cruise port
Know your terminal before you land
Cruise ships in Barcelona berth at the Adossat Wharf, a long breakwater at the far end of the port. The World Trade Center pier next to the old town has had a single cruise terminal, Barcelona Sud, which is due to close at the end of 2026. Your driver goes straight to the terminal on your booking, so you never have to cross the port on foot with your luggage.

Disembarkation
Choosing your pick-up time at the terminal
Ships usually dock early in the morning, and passengers leave in groups. Before the last night on board you receive a disembarkation group or time: book your pick-up around it. If you carry your own bags off the ship, you are usually among the first out; if you leave your suitcases outside the cabin the night before, add time for collecting them in the terminal hall.
Your driver has 30 minutes of free waiting at the port from the agreed time. If your group is called later than planned, message us before the pick-up time and we move it where possible.
Disembarkation day
How turnaround day works
The ship docks
Your ship arrives early in the morning and the terminal is prepared for disembarkation while the next sailing gets ready.
You leave the ship by group
Passengers disembark in groups, usually by luggage tag colour or number. Book your pick-up around your group’s time and tell us if it changes.
Your driver meets you
Your driver waits at the terminal pick-up area, with 30 minutes of free waiting from the agreed time, and helps load your luggage.
Straight to the airport or hotel
You ride directly to El Prat, your hotel or Sants. If you fly the same day, leave a generous margin before check-in closes.
Your flight
Leave a generous margin before your flight
The drive to El Prat usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes, but disembarkation, luggage collection and airport check-in all take time, and the roads around the port are busy on turnaround mornings. When choosing a flight home on the day you leave the ship, allow a generous margin and follow your cruise line’s advice for the earliest flight they recommend.
If your flight is late in the day, consider a post-cruise stop: we can take you to a hotel for the night, or plan a later pick-up from the city. Your luggage stays with you; we do not offer luggage storage.
Drop-off
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, at the departures door
Departures level
Most long-haul and many European flights use Terminal 1. Your driver drops you at the departures kerb and helps unload.
Separate terminal
Terminal 2 is a few kilometres from T1. Check which terminal your airline uses and tell us when you book.
Hotel or Sants

One fixed price for the whole vehicle, luggage included, shown before you pay.
Groups
Families and groups leaving the ship together
The price is per vehicle, not per person, so families of three or four travel together with all their suitcases. Up to 14 passengers fit in one vehicle; for larger groups we send several vehicles to the same terminal at the same time.

Frequently asked questions
What time should I book my pick-up at the port?
Base it on the disembarkation group or time your cruise line gives you on board. If you are not sure yet, book with your best estimate and send us the change once you know.
Where will the driver meet me at the terminal?
At the pick-up area outside your terminal. You receive the driver’s details before the day, and we confirm the meeting point by message.
What if disembarkation runs late?
You have 30 minutes of free waiting at the port from the agreed time. If you know you will be later, message us before the pick-up time and we adjust where possible.
How early can my flight be after leaving the ship?
We cannot set a rule for every ship. Allow a generous margin for disembarkation, the drive and check-in, and follow your cruise line’s advice. If in doubt, choose a later flight.
Can you keep our luggage until our flight?
No, we do not offer luggage storage. We can drive you to a hotel or plan a later pick-up from the city.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Closer to the pick-up a charge may apply, and inside the last-minute window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) the booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
