Reading the schedule

Arrival, departure and terminal

The times are the arrival and departure the Port of Barcelona expects for each call, in Barcelona local time. Ships that stay overnight show the date they sail. The terminal letter is the one the Port has assigned; it is usually published about two weeks before the call and can still change, so the terminal on your cruise documents always prevails.

If your ship arrives early in the morning and sails in the late afternoon, it is very likely a turnaround day: one sailing ends and the next begins. That is when the roads to the Adossat Wharf and the taxi ranks are busiest, so book your transfer before the day.

One fixed price for the whole vehicle, luggage included, shown before you pay.

Busy days

Days with several ships in port

In 2026 Sunday is by far the busiest day for embarkation and disembarkation in Barcelona. On days with five or more ships the queues at the terminal taxi ranks can pass half an hour in high season. A pre-booked vehicle waits for you at the pick-up area, with 30 minutes of free waiting from the agreed time.

Before you book

Use the schedule with the planner

Once you know your terminal, the disembarkation day planner gives you a sensible pick-up time for your flight, and the terminal guide explains where each terminal is and what is changing in 2026 to 2028.

Questions from the bridge

Where does this schedule come from?

From the Port of Barcelona open data forecast of arrivals for the next seven days. We refresh it about every half hour and show the source and its licence under the list.

My ship is not on the list. Why?

The forecast covers about a week ahead. For later dates, check the terminal on your cruise documents or the Port’s monthly cruise forecast, and book your transfer to the cruise port: you can send us the terminal later.

Can the terminal change?

Yes. Terminal assignments can change close to the date. The terminal on your cruise documents always prevails over this list.

Is the price different for each terminal?

No. The price is the same for every cruise terminal in the port.
