The cruise port
Know your terminal before you land
Cruise ships in Barcelona berth at the Adossat Wharf, a long breakwater at the far end of the port. The World Trade Center pier next to the old town has had a single cruise terminal, Barcelona Sud, which is due to close at the end of 2026. Your driver goes straight to the terminal on your booking, so you never have to cross the port on foot with your luggage.

Schematic map, not to scale. Terminals open, close and change assignments: the terminal printed on your cruise documents always prevails.
Why private
Door to terminal, without changes or queues
Public transport and shuttle buses work if you travel light. With large cruise suitcases, children or a fixed boarding window, changing from a train or airport bus to a port shuttle quickly becomes tiring, often right after a long-haul flight. A private transfer takes you from the arrivals hall or your hotel door to the terminal building in one go, and the driver handles the luggage.
The price is per vehicle, not per person. For a couple, a family of four or a few friends sailing together, that usually makes a private transfer a sensible choice, and you travel on your own schedule rather than a bus timetable.

Peace of mind
Licensed, insured and invoiced
We work with vehicles licensed for private passenger transport and with professional drivers. Every transfer is covered by passenger insurance, tracked by GPS and comes with a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s. You pay online by card when you book, so there is nothing to settle with the driver for the booked transfer.
The service is run by QUICKPICKUPS S.L., a Barcelona transfer company. We are independent: we are not part of any cruise line, and we never resell shared shuttle seats.

Frequently asked questions
How far is the airport from the cruise port?
About 15 km from El Prat to the Adossat Wharf. The drive usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and your terminal.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. You see one fixed price before you book, with luggage included, and it does not change with traffic or the route.
Which terminal does my ship use?
Check your cruise documents: the terminal printed there always prevails. If you do not know it yet when you book, choose the cruise port and send us the terminal later.
How long will the driver wait?
Free waiting is 60 minutes at the airport (from the actual landing time), 30 minutes at the cruise port and at Sants station, and 15 minutes at hotels and other addresses. Waiting starts at the agreed pick-up time, or when the driver reaches the meeting point if that is later.
How many people and suitcases fit?
Up to 22 passengers in one vehicle. Tell us how many suitcases you have and the widget only shows vehicles with room for them. Larger groups travel in several vehicles.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Closer to the pick-up a charge may apply, and inside the last-minute window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) the booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
How do I pay?
You pay the fare online by card when you book, and you receive a confirmation with the fixed price and a VAT invoice. Extras such as waiting beyond the free time, more luggage than booked or an extra stop are agreed with the driver before you set off.
