Landing at night
From the airport to your hotel
Book the airport to hotel transfer in the widget: choose El Prat as the origin and “Barcelona hotel / city centre” as the destination on the booking page, with the hotel address. At night the drive into the city is quick, and your driver meets you in arrivals with your name, whatever the hour.
Tell your hotel you will arrive late so the room is held. The next day, a second transfer takes you from the hotel to your terminal at your check-in slot.

Straight to the ship on sailing day
If you land early on sailing day, the terminal may not be open for check-in yet. You can go to a hotel where you have a room, have breakfast in the city and take a second transfer later, or ask us to plan the pick-up so you reach the terminal close to your check-in slot.

Do you pick up at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day, at El Prat, Girona and Reus airports.
What if my late flight is delayed even more?
We track it; free waiting starts at the actual landing. Message us if your flight number changes.
Can I go straight to the ship after a dawn landing?
Yes, but the terminal opens for check-in at the times your cruise line sets. We can time the pick-up for your slot.
How do I cancel if my flight is cancelled?
Cancellation is free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Closer to the pick-up a charge may apply, and inside the last-minute window (3 hours on normal days, 8 hours on weekends, public holidays and their eves) the booking can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
